What Will Be Deleted?
When your progress is restarted, you will permanently lose all your current in-game possessions, including:
Currencies: Gold, Gems, and Elixirs.
Cards and Items: Medals, Badges, and Time Skips.
Mine Progress: All your unlocked mines and automated checkpoints.
In-Game Purchases: Any real-money purchases made on the account will be completely wiped and cannot be restored or transferred.
How to Request a Progress Restart
To request a reset, please contact us directly through the game by following these steps:
Open the Settings menu by tapping the small gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select the Support button.
Choose the Game progress category.
Select the option How to start the game from the beginning.
After your conversation with our automated bot, a support agent will review your request and reply to you as soon as possible to confirm the restart.
Alternative: Starting Fresh on a New Device
If you want to start from the beginning immediately without waiting for a support agent, you can do so on a different device.
Simply install the game on another device and log in using a completely different Google Play or App Store account. This will create a fresh, separate profile from the start.
