You can transfer your game progress from your old device to your new one on the same platform by connecting the new game to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the first device:


1. Make sure you connect your game progress to your Apple ID or Google account through the game settings (The button should be red and say Unlink).
2. Install the game from the App Store and Google Play on the new device.
3. You will get a prompt to load your previously saved data. 
4. Connect the newly installed game to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the old device.

If you don't get a prompt when you install the game on the new device, you should try to unlink in the settings screen and then relink.

If the synchronization fails, try deleting the game on the new device with less progress, clearing the app cash (Android: be sure you have the latest version of the Google Play Games app and are logged in), and making sure the Google Play or Apple account used on both devices is the same. Then, install the game, and the progress should be synced.

Please note that we don't support multidevice gaming to avoid progress loss. However, the team is currently working on implementing this feature in future. If you have transferred your progress to a new device, playing on the old device is not recommended.
