All in-game purchases are processed directly by the platform store from which you downloaded the game. Because of this, our support team cannot issue refunds directly. To claim a refund, you must contact the customer support team for your app store.
How to Request a Refund
For iOS Players (Apple App Store)
Refunds for purchases made on iOS devices must be requested directly through Apple's automated systems:
Go to the official Apple Support page or log in to Report a Problem.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Select I'd like to, choose Request a refund, and select the reason for your request.
Choose the specific game purchase from your history and submit.
For Android Players (Google Play Store)
Refunds for purchases made on Android devices must be handled through your Google account:
Visit the Google Play Refunds page.
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided by Google to claim your funds.
Make sure you have your official digital receipt ready, which displays your unique order number (formatted like: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).
Missing Purchases: What to Do
If you bought an item or bundle but it has not appeared in your inventory, please try the following troubleshooting steps before reaching out to support:
Restart the Game: Fully close the app from your device's multitasking menu and reopen it to force a fresh server sync.
Check Your Connection: Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
Allow Time for Processing: High server traffic can sometimes cause minor delays. Please wait up to 2 hours to see if the bundle arrives.

If your items are still missing after 2 hours, please message our customer support team directly from the game menu.
⚠️ Receipt Requirements To assist you with a missing transaction, our team requires a official copy or screenshot of your purchase receipt from your Google Play order history or App Store purchase history.
Your receipt must clearly display:
Exact date of the purchase
Full name of the bundle or item
Total price paid
Transaction ID / Order number (Android receipts must show the GPA number)
Please note: We strictly do not accept bank account statements, credit card logs, or SMS withdrawal alerts as proof of purchase.
