Orders are usually delivered instantly but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing it again - it should arrive soon!
First, please try closing the game (but do not uninstall/remove it from your device). Then open it again and see if the purchase was delivered.
Then, try waiting up to 2 hours to see if the purchase is delivered with a delay.

- by the Support button in Settings and provide more details about the issue. We'll do everything we can to help!

If you have an iOS device, please, send us the specific purchase receipt. You can find it in your iTunes History Purchase
If you paid on Google Play Store, please send us the order number, and we'll check the payment. The order starts from GPA. You can find it here: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity
Log in to the account you've made purchases with. You'll see a list of all your purchases. Tap on payment to open its details.
The Google IDs look like "GPA.XXXX...".
