Please note that removing the game from your device will not delete your account or associated data. To permanently erase your information, please follow the specific account deletion process outlined below.
Account deletion is a permanent process intended for privacy compliance, not for resetting game progress.

Please read the following information carefully before making the final decision.
Permanent Loss: To fully comply with this request means the permanent closure and deletion of the game account. This includes all in-game currency, progress, and purchases, whether paid for or not.
Irreversibility: Once the process is complete, the data is gone forever. You will not be able to recover your items, level, or purchases later.
Timeframe: We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of the request.
Important Note Regarding Confirmation: Once your account and personal data have been successfully deleted, we will no longer hold any of your contact information in our systems. Consequently, we will not have the technical ability to send you a final confirmation message upon completion of the process.
