I was in a particular position before the event ended, but I received rewards for a position lower!

When an event ends, the server performs final calculations to confirm all results. Because of that, some positions on the leaderboard may shift during the last seconds - this ensures fair results for everyone. Please don't worry: we regularly check the leaderboards to ensure they work correctly and that you receive rewards for your correct position.

I took a particular position in the event, but I only got the participant rewards!

In this case, please get in touch with us via the "Support" button in the game settings and indicate what position you should've received the rewards for. We'll double-check your final correct position and send you the reward.
