Orders are usually delivered instantly, but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. You don't need to try purchasing it again - it should arrive soon!

First, please try closing the game (but do not uninstall/remove it from your device). Then, open it again and check if the purchase has been delivered.

Then, try waiting up to 2 hours to see if the purchase is delivered with a delay.

  If these steps do not help, please get in touch with our Support team directly:

  • Click the Support button in Settings and provide more details about the issue. We'll do everything we can to help! 

    • Send a complete description of the issue,
    •  And send a transaction ID.

      • If you have an iOS device, please send us the specific purchase receipt. You can find it in your iTunes History Purchase.

      • If you made a purchase via the Google Play Store, please send us the order number, and we'll verify the payment. The order starts from GPA. You can find it here: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity

        Log in to the account you've made purchases with. You'll see a list of all your purchases. Tap on payment to open its details.

        The Google IDs look like "GPA.XXXX...".
