Taking a screenshot can help you capture what's on your screen, which is useful when contacting support.

Other Methods by Manufacturer

  • Google Pixel:
Hold Power, then tap Screenshot in the menu that appears.

  • Xiaomi/Redmi:
Swipe three fingers down on the screen or use the button combo.

  • Huawei:
Knock twice on the screen with your knuckle or swipe down with three fingers.

  • Motorola:
Use the “Power + Volume Down” buttons or the screenshot icon in the Quick Settings panel.
