Unfortunately, we cannot directly affect the ads, because they're provided and handled by your local ad provider. 
 
Most mobile games have a report option for ads. This option is typically represented by an "i" in the corner, a flag, or a speech bubble icon. Click on the icon and follow the prompts to report the ad. 
 
If the ad has no reporting feature, please get in touch with our game support through in-game settings.
Please provide a screenshot of the ad. It's best if the screenshot also shows the application's name being promoted.
 
We have multiple advertising partners, so we need to know exactly which ad is causing trouble and which provider it originates from.
 
If you're an Android user, you can try clearing the game and the Google Play app cache via your device settings. Sometimes it helps to change the ad pool.
