Why Did My Rank Drop at the Last Second?
It can be frustrating to see your position shift right at the end of an event. When an event closes, the server performs final calculations to process and sync data from all players globally.
Last-Second Activity: Many players push incredibly hard in the final moments. Due to minor network latency, their score updates might sync during the server's final calculation window, resulting in a sudden shift in the leaderboard.
Fairness: This final sync ensures that every player's legitimate progress is accurately counted. We regularly audit our leaderboard mechanics to guarantee that everyone receives the rewards they truly earned.
I Only Received Participant Rewards by Mistake
If you earned a high rank but the game only granted you the basic participant reward, a synchronization error may have occurred. We will gladly fix this for you!
Please contact our team directly through the game:
Open the game Settings.
Tap the Support button.
Send us a message specifying the exact position you reached before the event ended.
Our team will double-check the server logs to verify your final placement and manually send you the correct rewards.
