⚙️ Stuck at the Game Tutorial

                               
Goblins may suddenly disappear during the tutorial, or the game prevents you from purchasing a new goblin, blocking further progress.

Working on it: Please restart the game a few times; this usually resolves the issue quickly. If you have restarted the game 2–3 times and the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.

⚙️ Game Time Does Not Pass While Offline

Some miners may experience an issue where time does not pass correctly while the game is completely closed. It appears as though the game is frozen in time, meaning no offline income, automated goblins, or free spins are generated.

Working on it: To avoid this issue in the future, please do not leave the game running in the background—always close the app completely. Before closing the app, we also recommend exiting the event tab and switching back to the main game. If this has already happened to you, please contact our support team, let us know approximately how many hours you were absent from the game, and we will be happy to assist!

⚙️ Missing Event Rewards

Sometimes, miners may not receive their hard-earned rewards immediately at the end of an event.

Working on it: First, try restarting the game completely and check if the rewards become available. If the issue persists, please contact our support team. Choose Purchase & Reward -> Event reward, and provide the requested information so we can resolve the issue for you quickly.

No Ads Available (Grey Button)

Some miners report an issue where they have no ads available to watch, and the button to an ad appears grey and unclickable.

Solution: This issue usually occurs due to a temporary poor internet connection, local ad provider constraints, or exceeding your daily ad-watching limit. Please wait a while for the ad limit to reset, then try switching your internet connection from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.

Usually, the issue resolves itself after a bit of waiting! If you are using an Android device, you can also try clearing the game's cache via your device settings (Important: Do not clear the game data!).
