Orders are usually delivered instantly but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing it again - it should arrive soon!
First, please try closing the game (but do not uninstall/remove it from your device). Then open it again and see if the purchase was delivered.
Then, try waiting up to 2 hours to see if the purchase is delivered with a delay.
If these steps do not help, please get in touch with our Support team directly either:
- by the Support button in Settings and provide more details about the issue. We'll do everything we can to help!
- send a full description of the problem,
- send a transaction ID - If you have an iOS device, please, send us the specific purchase receipt. You can find it in your iTunes History Purchase 
- If you paid on Google Play Store, please send us the order number, and we'll check the payment. The order starts from GPA. You can find it here: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity - Log in to the account you've made purchases with. You'll see a list of all your purchases. Tap on payment to open its details. - The Google IDs look like "GPA.XXXX...".
