Capturing a screenshot allows you to instantly save an image of whatever is on your iPhone or iPad screen. This is incredibly helpful when you want to share your layout progress, highlight a visual bug, or attach a purchase receipt when contacting our support team.
On Devices with Face ID
(iPhone X and newer, models without a physical Home button)
Press the Power (Side) button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
The screen will briefly flash, and a small thumbnail will appear in the bottom-left corner of your display.
Tap the thumbnail to crop or edit the screenshot immediately. If you choose to ignore or swipe it away, the image will save automatically.
On Devices with a Home Button
(iPhone 8 and older, or iPad models with a physical button)
Press the Power button (Top or Side button) and the physical Home button at the exact same time.
The screen will flash, and you will hear a camera shutter sound, confirming the image has been successfully captured.
Finding and Sending Your Screenshot
Where to Find It
All captured images are safely stored on your device. Open the official Photos app, navigate to the Albums tab, and look for the dedicated Screenshots album.
How to Send It to Support
When communicating with our team via the in-game support chat window:
Tap the paperclip or attachment icon inside the chat interface.
Choose your screenshot directly from your photo gallery or recent files list to upload it.
