Various reasons may cause the problem with freezes, and our developers are doing their best to optimize the game throughout updates.

Please try the following steps, even if you have already tried some of them. Sometimes, they help improve the device and the game's performance.

1. Swipe away all your apps running in the multitasking bar.

2. Restart your device. Sometimes, this is enough to fix an issue.

3. Make sure you update the game to the latest version. Open the Google Play store on your device > Menu > My Apps & Games > find Gold and Goblins > tap the Update button. If your game is up-to-date, you will see the Open button.

4. Make sure that you have enough free space on your device:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Scroll down and touch Storage & USB.
- You'll see a breakdown of how your storage is being used.

For the game to perform smoothly, you should have at least 20% free space on your device. If your storage is almost full, it may cause issues.

5. Force stop the game:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Apps.
- Choose Gold and Goblins from the list.
- Tap Force stop.

6. Clear the game cache (IMPORTANT: Do not clean the data, you will lose the progress. Clear cache only, please.):
Open your device Settings > Apps & Notifications > Gold and Goblins (If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.) > Storage & Cache > Clear cache.

7. Ensure that your Internet connection is enabled and you have a stable signal (for example, you are not far from your modem if you use Wi-Fi).

If the problem persists, please send us the screenshot and a detailed description of the problem:
- What actions crash/freeze your device?
- When did you first notice the problem (after updating the game, etc.)?
