1) To deliver wood to the workshop, you need to accept the order with the man in a helmet. Please note that it must be the 1st in line! So if you have other orders in progress, cancel them.

 

 

2) All types of wood are suitable for building the Workshop and houses — cants, rough lumbers, and lumbers. So if you have a stuck workshop order, cancel it and accept the new one. It will require new materials.

 

 

3) The order may get stuck when the total amount of materials for building a house exceeds the storage capacity. You can either cancel the order or increase warehouse capacity by upgrading your manager Ms. Karen.
