Feature Overview
Nail Packs and Paint Buckets serve as the essential hardware building materials required to run your construction lines. While your primary factory focuses on log processing and timber manufacturing, assembling real estate projects requires hardware resources. Balancing your standard lumber shipments with specific material orders ensures your assembly crews always have the supplies needed to build houses and expand your municipal footprint.
How to Access
To review your current inventory of hardware materials, navigate to the main factory yard and tap on your Workshop. Your total stockpiles of available nails and paint are tracked and displayed on the top resource bar of the Workshop management dashboard.
Core Mechanics & Farming Protocols
Securing a consistent supply of construction hardware requires active management of your distribution channels. You can accumulate these supplies through two primary gameplay loops:
Fulfilling Specific Sawmill Orders: Hardware materials are distributed as contract rewards through your primary shipping dock. Unlike standard lumber contracts that pay out in raw cash, specific premium orders reward you with material crates.
The Cycle & Reject Strategy: Because the order board generates contracts randomly, materials may not always be visible. To find them, scroll completely through your active delivery ledger. If no current contracts offer nails or paint, use the Reject (Trash Can) button to clear the board. This forces the system to refresh and generate a brand-new set of contracts, allowing you to cycle through orders until the required hardware rewards appear.
Completing Lumber Pass Missions: Hardware supplies are also integrated into your seasonal progression tracks. Navigating to your Lumber Pass dashboard reveals daily and weekly operational assignments. Clearing these milestones awards resource bundles that frequently include large batches of construction materials.
Tips and Strategies
Master the Board Cycle: Do not waste valuable timber filling low-value cash orders if your Workshop lines are completely stalled due to a lack of hardware. Be aggressive with the order rejection tool; cycling the board costs nothing but a short refresh timer and is the fastest way to hunt down paint and nails.
Sync with Your Lumber Pass: Before starting a long play session, check your active Lumber Pass assignments. Often, the pass will task you with completing standard factory actions (like shipping a set number of truckloads). Aligning your order-board farming with these pass requirements allows you to double-dip on rewards, securing materials from both systems simultaneously.
