If your game progress was linked to Google Play/Game Center or Facebook, please try to log into your Facebook or Game Center/Google Play account to which your progress was linked—it should restore automatically.

Please get in touch with our customer support and provide the following information:
 
1) What had happened before you lost progress (e.g., game update, device change, synchronization)?
 
2) Have you lost all progress or part of it? What exactly did you lose (for example, how much money, how many biz and reputation points, diamonds, managers levels)? What level of sawmill did you have?
 
3) If you made in-game purchases, send the screenshot of each purchase.
