You can move your progress to a new device only if both devices use Android.
Please follow the steps carefully. Doing things in the wrong order may cause your progress not to transfer.
Important:
Do not open the game on your new device until you finish all steps on your old device.
How to transfer your progress
- Check whether you have the Google Play Games app on both devices. If not, then install it.
- Connect the game to your Google account in-game Settings on your old device. Progress saves every few minutes.
- Wait until the time of the last sync appears (under the Connected button).
- Force quit the game, do not minimize it to the tray.
- Open the game on a new device and connect it again to your account.
Important warnings
Always sync the game on the old device first before opening it on the new one.
You cannot play on two devices at the same time. After transfer, play only on the new device.
Do not delete your account in the game settings.
If you want to remove the game from the old device, simply delete the app, not the account.
