Issue Description
When contacting our customer support team to report a display bug, missing items, billing discrepancies, or an operational error on your sawmill floor, providing visual evidence is vital. Sending a clear screenshot allows our technical agents to analyze your interface layout, view error prompts, and locate your account details instantly, which drastically cuts down investigation times.
Troubleshooting Steps
Depending on your Android hardware manufacturer and device model, you can capture your active screen layout using one of three official methods:
1. The Standard Universal Hardware Key Combo
This manual method functions perfectly across almost all modern Android smartphones and tablets:
Open the specific in-game screen or interface menu you wish to capture.
Press and hold the physical Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for 1 to 2 seconds.
Release the buttons the moment you see the screen flash or shift shape briefly. A thumbnail preview will pop up at the bottom of the screen confirming the image has been saved to your local photo gallery.
2. Samsung Palm Swipe Motion Gesture
If you are playing on a modern Samsung Galaxy device, you can trigger captures using an intuitive touch gesture without pressing physical buttons:
Place the side of your hand vertically against the edge of the display, positioning it like you are preparing to karate chop the phone.
Swipe the entire side of your hand smoothly along the glass surface from left to right.
Enabling the feature: If the gesture does not execute, ensure it is active in your OS settings by navigating to Settings → Advanced features → Motions and gestures and toggling Palm swipe to capture to the active position.
3. Hands-Free Voice Assistant Activation
For hands-free captures or devices with integrated digital assistants (such as Samsung devices running Bixby or standard phones running Google Assistant):
Simply wake your active assistant using its voice trigger phrase (e.g., "Hi Bixby" or "Hey Google").
Clearly state the voice command: "Take a screenshot." The assistant will automatically record your current in-game display layout and save it to your camera roll.
How to Attach to Your Support Ticket
Once your screenshot is safely stored in your system gallery, open the in-game settings panel and tap Help to open a support chat with our team. Tap the Paperclip or Plus (+) icon inside the messaging window, select the captured image from your library, and attach it directly to your message.
