Feature Overview

Building an elite corporate workforce requires opening plenty of supply crates and administrative chests. As you systematically advance your leadership team, you will eventually hit the maximum operational level cap for your favorite supervisors. If you notice that you are still receiving character duplicates for a manager who is already completely maxed out, rest assured that this is an intentional, built-in structural design of the game's reward distribution system.

How to Access

You can audit your current character card balances and track which staff members have reached their absolute developmental limit by opening your Managers Deck via the hardhat icon on the bottom menu bar.

Core Mechanics

The distribution of administrative assets in Lumber Inc is governed by a fair-play, unified probability architecture:

  • The Shared Card Pool: All manager cards in the game are drawn from one single, global rewards pool. This comprehensive pool contains every single manager character currently unlocked on your account, as well as the entries for advanced supervisors you will unlock on higher sawmill tiers later down the road.

  • Equal Drop Probability: Because the reward engine draws from this single shared catalog, the system does not dynamically filter out or delete cards based on your individual character levels. Every card in the pool retains its fixed drop probability whenever you open a chest.

  • Consistent Progression Model: This framework ensures that loot distribution remains standardized across the entire global player base. Receiving duplicate cards for a maxed-out leader is a normal, fully expected aspect of your factory's ongoing logistical lifecycle.

Tips and Strategies

  • Don't Panic Over Duplicates: While it can feel frustrating to pull a card for a maxed manager, remember that high-tier chests yield a large volume of cards simultaneously. The remaining drops in that same chest will continue to distribute necessary cards for your under-leveled production, workshop, or sales staff.

  • Keep Unlocking New Tiers: The absolute best way to dilute the drop chance of your current maxed characters is to upgrade your sawmill to higher tiers. Moving to a new factory unlocks brand-new manager lines, expanding your shared pool and giving you a wider variety of fresh faces to upgrade!
