This is how the reward system in the game works.

Manager cards come from one shared card pool. This pool includes all managers you already have and managers you may unlock later. Because of this, you can still get cards for a manager that is already maxed.

The system is designed this way so all players receive rewards from the same pool and progress in a consistent way.

Even if a maxed manager no longer needs cards, getting cards for them is normal and expected.
