I can't enter the game

If the game doesn't load, crashes at startup, or gets stuck on the loading screen — the issue is often caused by network connection problems or local system conflicts.

Please try the following steps:

📶 1. Switch your internet connection

  • If you're using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi.

  • If on Wi-Fi, try mobile data instead.

  • Also check that airplane mode is turned off.

🔁 2. Restart your device

  • A simple reboot can fix temporary background issues or memory conflicts.

  • Especially useful if the device hasn’t been restarted in a while.

🧹 3. Clear game cache (Android only)

  • Go to Settings → Apps → [Game name] → Storage → Clear cache

  • ⚠️ Important: Do not clear app data, as this may reset your progress.

🌐 4. Toggle your VPN

  • If you’re using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.

  • If you’re not using one, try enabling it and selecting a different region.

  • Network routing may sometimes interfere with server communication.

📲 5. Reinstall the game

  • Uninstall and reinstall the game from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

  • Make sure your progress is saved via a game account or platform login before doing so.

🆕 6. Check for game and OS updates

  • Go to the app store and check if a game update is available.

  • Also ensure your device is running the latest version of Android or iOS.

🧼 7. Free up storage space

  • Low available space can prevent the game from launching or cause crashes.

  • Keep at least 1–2 GB free on your device.
