🪵Game Loading issue 

 Upon loading the game, the screen gets stuck on loading and doesn't enter the game

Working on: We are aware of the issue and are actively working on a fix for a future update.

Workaround:
The temporary solution is to do the following steps: 
1) Connect to WI-FI if you were connected to mobile Internet or vice versa.
2) Restart your device.
3) Clear the game cache in your device settings. Attention, do not clear the game data!
4) Enable or disable VPN.
5) re-install the game. 

 

🪵 Order Fever Scroll Issue

  Upon scrolling the milestones rewards шт Order Fever Event, the screen gets stuck on milestone 12 and can not be scrolled to the bottom of milestones list. 

Solution:  Please update the game in the Google Play or Appstore to the latest version (1.11.6). 

🪵 Biz point offer in the game showing 0 Biz points in the Event Store. 

 When you open Event shop I might see an offer where  0 Biz points are indicated. 

Working on: We are aware of the issue and are actively working on a fix for a future update.

Workaround: Please do not purchase the offer in the event store if you see that it provides 0 Biz points. 

🪵 Evolve 2 machines task when all the machines are maxed out. 

You might get "Evolve machines" or "Evolve 2 machines" tasks when your machines are all maxed out. 

 
Working on: We are aware of the issue and are actively working on balancing these tasks in  future updates.

Solution: Please upgrade your sawmill level, then these tasks will be available for completion.
