Issue Overview

Purchasing resource bundles, premium packs, or account upgrades in Lumber Inc is a great way to accelerate your sawmill expansion. However, there are times when a transaction goes through successfully on your Apple account, but the items fail to register in your game inventory. This delay is usually caused by temporary data-syncing gaps, a momentary lapse in network stability, or verification delays between Apple's App Store servers and the game engine.

Troubleshooting Steps

If your purchased items are missing, follow these standard technical verification steps to resolve the sync delay:

1. Check Network Stability & Restart

  • Make sure your mobile device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data network. An internet interruption during or immediately after a transaction can disrupt the delivery of your items.

  • Turn your iOS device completely off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on to force a fresh connection with the server infrastructure.

2. Allow for App Store Processing Delays

  • App Store transactions can occasionally encounter backend processing queues. Purchases may often be delayed by up to 1 hour during high-traffic periods.

  • If your items still haven't arrived after an hour, force close the game completely (swipe the app up and away from your device's list of running applications) and restart it. This forces the game engine to re-verify your Apple digital receipt cache.

3. Audit Your Apple ID & Payment Settings

If the items remain missing after a force-restart, the transaction may have been paused, declined, or flagged on Apple's side. Check the following elements:
