Please note that you can move your progress to a new device only if both devices use the iOS operating system. To ensure your sawmill transfers successfully without any data loss, follow these instructions carefully and in the exact order listed.
Important: Do not open the game on your new device until you have completed all the steps on your old device first.
How to Save
Before transferring your factory, you must make sure your game progress is fully updated and securely backed up to the cloud:
Check whether your game is updated to the latest version. If not, please download the latest update from the App Store.
Open the game on your old device and navigate to the in-game Settings.
Connect the game to your Facebook account. Your progress will automatically save to the cloud every few minutes.
Device Change
Once your game is fully synced on your old iPhone or iPad, you can safely proceed with the transfer:
Force quit the game completely on your old device (do not just minimize it to the background tray).
Open the game on your new iOS device.
Open the in-game Settings and connect it to the exact same Facebook account you used on your old device. Your progress will restore automatically.
Important Warnings
Sync Order: Always ensure you have synced the game on your old device first before attempting to log in on the new one.
No Multi-Device Play: Once you transfer your progress, you can only play on one device at a time. Playing on two devices at once is strictly unsupported.
Do Not Delete Your Account: Never use the "Delete Account" option in the settings of your old device. If you no longer want to keep the game there, simply uninstall the app.
