You can move your progress to a new device only if both devices use iOS.
Please read these steps carefully. If you do something in the wrong order, your progress may not transfer.
Important:
Do not open the game on your new device until you finish all steps on your old device.
- Check whether your game is updated to the latest version. If not, then download the last update from the App Store.
- Connect the game to your Facebook account in-game Settings on your old device. Progress saves every few minutes.
- Force quit the game, do not minimize it to the tray.
- Open the game on a new device and connect it again to your Facebook account.
Important warnings
Always sync your game on the old device first, then on the new one.
Do not delete your game account on the old device.
If you no longer want to keep the game there, you can simply delete the app, not the account.
Once you transfer your progress, you can only play on one device at a time. Playing on two at once is not supported.
