If you're unable to report through the game, you can report an ad issue through the app store:
- Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Find the app in the store.
- Scroll down to the "Flag as inappropriate" section.
- Select "Ads" or "Contains ads" if you’re reporting an ad-related issue, then follow the steps to complete the report.
- Apple App Store:
- Open the App Store and locate the game.
- Scroll down and tap on "Report a Problem".
- Select the appropriate reason for your report related to ads.
If you come across such an ad, please contact our support team and send the following information:
- a screenshot of the ad;
- the name of the app;
- a link where the ad leads (usually indicated by "i" in the corner).
