Because the pass awards a diverse mixture of resources, the game engine uses different distribution protocols depending on the item type. Understanding where your rewards are sent ensures you can find your items instantly and manage your inventory effectively.
How to Access
You can track your active milestone tiers, purchase the premium upgrade track, or claim unlocked resources by tapping the Lumber Pass Icon located on the upper-right corner of your main sawmill interface.
Core Mechanics & Delivery Destinations
The moment you tap the Claim button on an unlocked Lumber Pass tier milestone, the rewards engine splits and routes your items to three distinct destinations based on their classification:
1. Direct Instant Balance Additions
Liquid currencies, character progression duplicates, and time-bending boosters bypass container storage entirely. They are directly and immediately added to your main profile totals the millisecond you claim them:
Manager Cards (Standard Production, Sales, or Workshop cards)
Diamonds (Premium currency)
Biz Points (Administrative currency)
Time Travels / Time Skips (Temporal speed-up boosters)
2. Auto-Open Gated Containers
Legendary Chests: These high-tier yellow chests cannot be shelved or saved. The moment you claim a milestone tier containing a Legendary Chest, the container is automatically broken open right on your screen, and its card contents are instantly distributed to your active roster balances.
3. Supply Shop Inventory Transfers
Standard operational crates are sent directly to your retail hub to give you strategic flexibility over when you use them. The following containers are silently transferred to your In-Game Shop inventory storage, where they remain securely banked until you decide to click open them for free:

Important Rules
⚠️ The End-of-Season Auto-Claim Safeguard: If you forget to actively tap the claim buttons or lose track of time before the seasonal countdown timer hits zero, your hard-earned items are never lost. The game engine features a universal safety override: the exact moment the Lumber Pass season concludes, all unclaimed rewards are automatically harvested and added directly to your inventory or shop storage.
Tips and Strategies
Bank Your Shop Chests for a New Sawmill: Since Free, Premium, and Biz Chests sit safely in your Shop inventory without expiring, don't open them right away! Save your banked Lumber Pass containers and open them immediately after upgrading to a brand-new sawmill level. This guarantees an instant surge of cards and points to kickstart your new factory automation.
Double-Check Your Shop Before Filing a Ticket: If you notice a tier reward is missing from your main screen, don't panic. Open the Shop tab first and scroll down to your crate inventory—your missing Premium or Biz Chest is almost certainly resting there, waiting for you to unwrap it.
