- Advanced sawmill. You can unlock the resaw machines 2 and 3, and hire sales manager Ms. Rachel.
- Computerized sawmill. You can plant yellow trees, unlock the blueprint of Chalet in the Workshop, and hire sales manager Ryan.
- Cutting-edge sawmill. You can unlock the sanding machine 1 and the blueprint of Bungalow.
