Feature Overview
Flash Sales are powerful, limited-time events in Lumber Inc that allow you to rapidly clear out your inventory for massive payouts. If you notice that Flash Sales are no longer appearing in your game, it is usually not a technical glitch, but rather a result of specific automated manager settings or factory conditions that prevent the sales trigger from activating.
How to Access
Flash Sales trigger dynamically right on your main sawmill screen in the form of a special promotional icon once your warehouse inventory meets the required capacity threshold.
Core Mechanics
The primary condition for a Flash Sale to appear is your warehouse volume: your storage must be more than half full (50%+) to trigger the offer.
If Flash Sales are missing, look into the following factors:
The Samuel Factor: If your sales manager, Samuel, is upgraded to a high level, he processes delivery orders automatically and extremely quickly. Because of this efficiency, your storage never fills up enough to hit the 50% threshold needed to trigger a Flash Sale.
Factory Hopping: The game needs a stable session to calculate warehouse triggers. If you frequently switch back and forth between the main factory and a live time-limited event, the Flash Sale cooldown logic resets and the offer will not appear.

Tips and Strategies
If you want to manually trigger a Flash Sale to clear out stock or hit a specific milestone, follow these exact steps:
Open Samuel's manager menu and turn off his recurring auto-order feature.
Let your production machines run normally until you see your storage fill past the halfway mark.
Once the storage is full, wait about 8 minutes inside the active session. Do not close or minimize the game immediately.
The Flash Sale offer will pop up. Once you are done utilizing the sale, you can safely turn Samuel's auto-orders back on!
