Feature Overview
Blueprints serve as the structural engineering foundational keys required to expand and diversify the real estate market inside your Lumber Village. Instead of repeatedly constructing basic introductory cabins, collecting blueprints allows you to unlock architectural designs for advanced housing types. Managing these blueprints expands your village footprint, enhances your Workshop efficiency, and significantly multiplies your passive income generation.
How to Access
To view your active collection and track pending building designs, navigate to your automated production plant and tap on the Workshop. Inside the Workshop management interface, select the dedicated Blueprints tab located near the top header.
Core Mechanics
Unlocking, constructing, and mastering advanced residential architecture involves a three-step progression framework:
1. Unlocking a New House Design
To unlock any locked house model listed under your Blueprints tab, you must successfully accumulate two distinct types of development assets:
Blueprint Puzzle Pieces: You must collect all required structural card pieces for that specific house layout. These specialized puzzle components are found inside Blueprint Chests, which can be purchased using your Village Coins in the store.
Administrative Currencies: Finalizing the unlock requires spending a fixed combination of primary Biz Points and global Reputation Points.
2. The Initial Construction Phase
Simply gathering the blueprint pieces does not automatically place the house on your village map. Once a model is officially unlocked in your menu:
You must actively select and fulfill a specialized Workshop Order dedicated to building that exact house type.
Once your delivery trucks completely assemble the structural materials, the new property can be officially placed on an empty plot in your town.
Structural Limit: To maintain municipal diversity, you can build exactly one single copy of each house type. Duplicate structures of the same model are not permitted.
3. Evolving Blueprints for Maximum Returns
Once a house is standing, you can continue to invest duplicate puzzle pieces to Evolve its underlying blueprint scheme. Upgrading your blueprint levels permanently amplifies your rewards across the board:
Workshop Payouts: Drastically increases the base cash value awarded upon building completion.
Experience (EXP): Grants significantly higher experience points to boost your player profile rank.
Reputation Points: Multiplies the total amount of Reputation Points earned from future Workshop orders for this house.
Development Cap Parameters: Every single blueprint design in the game has a strict architectural limit. The maximum evolution level for all house models is capped at Level 15.
Tips and Strategies
Don't Sit on Finished Blueprints: Unlocking a blueprint but failing to build the house in your Workshop wastes massive passive income potential. Always make the initial construction order your top priority so the new building can start generating Village Coins right away.
Target High-Tier Evolutions Early: Focus on evolving houses that reward high amounts of Reputation Points. Reputation is a major gatekeeper for upgrading your main sawmill to higher technology tiers, and high-level blueprint houses are the most efficient way to farm it.
