Feature Overview
Village EXP (Experience Points) serves as the primary engineering currency required to upgrade the structures standing in your residential zones. While blueprints establish the base architectural design, structural renovations require raw field experience. Investing your accumulated EXP into your properties allows you to level them up, permanently triggering powerful economic and operational synergy bonuses that optimize your main sawmill factory floor.
How to Access
Your current Village EXP balance is handled dynamically per construction. To inspect your overall stockpiles or apply experience points to a property, open your Lumber Village interface and tap on any built residential home. The available experience will be displayed next to the green EXP icon inside the building's upgrade information panel.
Core Mechanics
Maximizing your village architecture requires a clear distinction between construction experience and blueprint revisions:
Earning Village EXP: Experience points cannot be gathered passively from town income loops. The only way to harvest Village EXP is by actively selecting and fulfilling Workshop Orders to manufacture and ship building materials.
Upgrading Houses: Once you accumulate the required threshold of experience points for a specific property, you can trigger a structural upgrade. Each consecutive level up permanently multiplies the baseline speed, collection efficiency, or financial bonuses that the building injects directly into your primary sawmill plant operations.
Independent Level Tracks: Please note that evolving a blueprint's level will not increase the actual house level. These two progression paths are entirely decoupled:
Blueprint Evolution uses duplicate card puzzle pieces and enhances the rewards you get from Workshop orders for that structure.
House Upgrades can only be increased by spending accumulated Village EXP points and directly enhances the passive bonuses the standing building gives to your sawmill.
Tips and Strategies
Target High-EXP Workshop Orders: When managing your Workshop order board, filter through available contracts and prioritize projects that offer large EXP crates. Speeding up your house levels early on provides a massive competitive edge for your primary factory floor.
Keep the Progression Lines Separate: Remember that blueprint cards and EXP points do not overlap. Do not wait for blueprint duplicates if you already have enough EXP to level up a house; spend your experience immediately to secure those crucial sawmill performance multipliers!
