The Lumber Village system introduces a massive strategic layer to your wood-processing empire, allowing you to transition from a pure factory floor to a thriving real-estate developer. Constructing residential homes unlocks an entirely independent municipal economy that feeds vital resources back into your primary operations. This feature splits your progress across two unique maps, each offering specialized currency streams and endgame resource blueprints.
How to Access
To reveal the gateway to your municipal zones, you must hit a specific milestone inside your production plant:
Complete exactly one Workshop order to construct a building.
The moment that single material order is successfully finalized, the Village button will automatically appear in the bottom-left corner of your main screen. Tapping this button teleports you instantly to your residential plots.
Core Mechanics & Expansion Maps
The expansion system features two distinct residential zones that must be unlocked chronologically:
1. Lumber Village: Your entry-level suburban development area. Here, you will place your first foundations and learn how to configure house managers to generate and automate passive income streams.
2. Seaport Village: The advanced, coastal endgame expansion zone. To gain entry to this second location, you must successfully build 9 houses in your Lumber Village and collect their coins. Once this structural quota is met, the coastal map becomes available.
Inter-Village Travel: Moving between your unlocked properties is entirely seamless. Simply tap the Red Marker icon (map pin symbol) located on the Village dashboard interface to pull up the navigation menu and jump between regions.
Important Rules
⚠️ Blueprint Store Availability Lock: Please note that Seaport structural blueprints will remain completely hidden and unavailable in the shop until you explicitly unlock the Seaport Village area. You cannot pre-purchase or accumulate materials for coastal properties while you are still working on your first 9 Lumber Village houses.
Tips and Strategies
Rush the First Workshop Project: Do not leave your Workshop sitting idle early in the game. Completing your very first house build there should be your highest priority, as unlocking the base Village opens up the Village Shop, giving you early access to powerful manager card packs.
Count Your Layout Plots: Keep a close eye on your progress tracker in the Lumber Village. Focus all your materials on hitting that 9-house milestone as quickly as possible. Transitioning into the Seaport zone early guarantees access to higher-tier endgame currencies and much more lucrative operational buffs.
