Feature Overview
Fulfilling global milestones and clearing account contracts often requires you to complete a specific quota of Workshop assignments. A common point of confusion occurs when players actively run delivery lines, yet the progression tracker on their active mission panel remains completely frozen. This is not a tracking bug; it is a direct result of misinterpreting the two completely distinct types of contract loops that operate within your construction department.
How to Access
To track your active milestone requirements, view the Missions checklist pinned near the top-left corner of your main factory screen. To interact with the target facility itself, navigate to your production yard and tap directly on the Workshop building.
Core Mechanics & Mission Validation Rules
When a mission explicitly tasks you with the objective "Complete X workshop orders," the game engine enforces a strict classification rule. Understanding the difference between these two loops is vital to ensuring your progress registers correctly:
1. Logistics Deliveries (Do NOT Count): These are raw material supply contracts. When you accept an order from the client wearing a construction helmet, you are simply delivering wood stacks to the building foundation pad. This action populates your raw stock banks but does not advance your mission counter.
2. Structural House Construction (DO Count): These are the true processing orders. A workshop order is only considered finalized when you enter the Workshop menu, spend your accumulated hardware components (nails and paint), and successfully complete the construction phase of an entire house. Only the completion of the physical building itself triggers a validation handshake that increases your milestone progress tracker.
Tips and Strategies
Separate Your Logistics from Your Goals: Think of delivering wood to the helmeted engineer as the preparation phase, and building the house as the actual goal. If you are rushing a mission deadline, ensure you already have ample stocks of wood, nails, and paint so you can rapidly chain together actual house builds back-to-back.
Audit the Mission Text Closely: Always read the precise wording of your active contracts. If the counter isn't budging, double-check that you aren't spending time filling standard factory shipping dock orders, which belong to a completely separate transportation department.
