In the depths of our mines, even the most seasoned goblins occasionally unearth unexpected challenges. 

This Known Issues compendium serves as your lantern, illuminating the current bugs and technical hiccups we've identified. 

Here, you'll find their statuses and any available solutions or workarounds to ensure your mining expedition remains as prosperous as possible.

Our goblin engineers are tirelessly hammering away to resolve these issues. Should you encounter any anomalies not listed here, please message our support team. 

Your insights are invaluable in helping us refine the subterranean experience.

⛏️Time hasn't passed in the game while I was away

Some Miners may experience the issue when time doesn't pass correctly while the game is not opened. It looks like the game froze in time, and no goblins, free spins, etc., were generated.

Solution:
Please contact our support team for assistance. Let us know approximately how many hours you were absent in the game when the issue happened, and we'll be happy to assist!

Workaround:

To avoid this issue in the future, please don't leave the game working in the background, and always close the app completely.
Also, before closing the app, we recommend closing the event tab (switching to the main game).

⛏️I have no ads available to watch

Some Miners report the issue when they do not have any ads to watch, and the button leading to an ad is grey.

Solution:
The issue usually occurs because of a bad Internet connection, your local ad provider, or exceeding the limit for watching ads. Please wait for a while for the ad limit to reset and try switching your Internet connection from mobile to WiFi or vice versa. Usually, the issue resolves itself after a bit of waiting!

Workaround:

If you use an Android device, you can try clearing the game's cache via in-game settings (ATTENTION! Do not clear the game data!).

⛏️I haven't received the event rewards

Sometimes, Miners may not receive their rewards at the end of an event.

Solution:
Please contact our support team. Choose Purchase & Reward -> Event reward and provide the information we will ask you so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Workaround:

Restart the game and check if the rewards are available. If the issue persists, contact support.

⛏️I am stuck at the tutorial

Some Miners may experience issues with the game's tutorial: goblins suddenly disappear, or the game prevents them from buying a new goblin.

Solution:
Please restart the game a few times. Usually, it quickly resolves the issue.

Workaround:

If you restarted the game 2-3 times and the issue is still there, please contact our support team.
