The forge located at the bottom of each map constantly generates gold, making it your primary source of income at the start of every new stage. It is especially useful before your first mineshafts are automated, ensuring you always have a steady baseline of currency even while idle.
How the Forge Works
Understanding the visual indicators on the forge helps you track your passive production:
The Production Cycle: The spinning yellow circular bar around the building indicates the forge's active work cycle. Every time the bar completes a full spin, coins are instantly added to your treasury.
Gold Yield: The exact amount of gold created by the forge per spin is displayed as a floating number at the top of the building.
Upgrading the Forge
You can invest your accumulated coins to level up the forge, permanently increasing the amount of gold it yields with every single cycle.
Active Upgrade: To level up the building, tap the green upgrade button located right next to the forge.
Insufficient Funds: If this button turns grey, it means your current gold balance is too low to afford the next level. Keep clearing rocks to gather more coins!
