Reporting Inappropriate Advertisements

In our games, players can watch video ads from external partners to claim valuable in-game resources. All promotional content is filtered to comply with the official age rating of our app.

However, if you encounter an ad that feels inappropriate or violates these guidelines, you can report it directly to the ad network or via your app store. Doing so helps providers remove the content quickly.

Method 1: Report Directly Within the Ad

Most modern ad networks allow you to flag content instantly while the video is playing:

  1. While the inappropriate ad is playing, locate the corner of the screen.

  2. Tap the small i or info icon (sometimes shown as privacy choices).

  3. Select the option to report or block the ad.

Method 2: Report via the App Store

If the video lacks a direct report button, you can flag the advertisement policy violation directly through your platform's store page.

For Android Players (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Search for the game and open its main store page.

  3. Scroll down toward the bottom of the page.

  4. Tap the Flag as inappropriate section.

  5. Select Ads or Contains ads.

  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your report.

For iOS Players (Apple App Store):

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. Search for the game and open its main store page.

  3. Scroll down toward the bottom of the page.

  4. Tap Report a Problem.

  5. Select the appropriate reason relating to inappropriate ad content.

Method 3: Contacting Our Support Team

If neither of the methods above works, please notify our team directly through the in-game help menu.

⚠️ Screenshot Requirement When messaging us, please provide a clear screenshot of the advertisement in question. For our team to take action, the screenshot should ideally show the exact name of the app or product being promoted.

Because we work with multiple external advertising networks, having a visual capture is the only way we can trace the exact provider and demand the removal of the offensive video.
