A massive network of ancient caves has just been uncovered, but the path ahead is completely blocked by thousands of deep-ground rocks. Grab your pickaxe and help your team of hardworking goblins clear the way, cave by cave!
The Core Gameplay Loop
Your mining strategy is built around four simple steps that repeat as you plunge deeper into the caves:
Hire and Merge Goblins: Recruit workers from delivery barrels using gold. Drag two goblins of the exact same level together to combine them into a single, far more powerful miner.

Destroy Rocks: Assign your goblins to break the boulders blocking the path. This rewards you with gold, elixirs, hidden chests, and opens up new areas.

Restore and Automate Buildings: Discover abandoned shafts and the forge on the map. Upgrade them with gold to increase your income, then upgrade their cards to have them produce gold automatically.
Clear the Gates and Move Forward: Your ultimate goal in each area is to break through the massive checkpoint gate at the end of the map to access the next cave.
Moving to a New Cave & The Bonus Mini-Game
When you break through the gate and transition to a new level, your current gold, board layout, and active goblins will reset so you can tackle a fresh tactical layout. However, your core power—your entire card collection, elixirs, and permanent research bonuses—remains with you forever, making you stronger with each level you clear.

💡 Top 3 Strategy Tips for Beginners
These tactical secrets aren't covered in the initial tutorial, but they will save you a massive amount of time:
Prioritize Merging: A single Level 3 goblin mines faster and takes up less space than two Level 2 goblins. Always merge your workers as soon as you have matching pairs.
Never Leave Workers Idle: Goblins will fall asleep once they destroy their designated target. Before closing the game, always assign your miners to high-level, durable rocks, so they keep earning for you while you are away.
Save Gold for Multiplier Milestones: Standard-level upgrades yield small profit increases. The massive spikes in income happen when you completely fill the progress bar on a building's upgrade button and trigger a major multiplier boost.
