If you want to start the game over on your device, please get in touch with our Customer Support through the game:

  • Open Settings  (Tap  on the small gear in the upper right corner of the screen)  and select  «Support»
  • Choose Game progress
  • Then, I want to restart my game.

After your conversation with our bot, our agent will answer you within 24 hours.

Please, note that you will lose all your possessions in the game and all the purchases made.
