Step-by-Step Breakdown
Here is a closer look at each section of the button.
1. Gold Yield (Top Number)
This number and gold icon are displayed above the main button area. It shows the exact amount of Gold this specific mineshaft or forge produces every time its cart completes a trip.
2. Progress Bar & Level
This is the main interaction area.
Building’s Current Level: The centred number (e.g., 116, 100).
Current Progress: The current filled progress.
Progress Bar for the Profit Multiplier: The overall context, filling it gives a big boost.
Preview Progress after the Upgrade: Shows how much the bar will fill up if you purchase the currently affordable levels. Reaching milestone multipliers should always be your main priority!
3. Levels for Upgrade & Active State
This section shows exactly how many upgrade levels you can instantly buy with your current gold balance (e.g., +5 or +12). A bright green background indicates an active upgrade. Reaching milestones is critical!
4. Upgrading Cost
This number and gold icon are displayed at the very bottom, in the lower green section of the active button. This is the exact price required to purchase all the affordable levels.
The Grey +1 Button
If you notice the background of the Levels for Upgrade section is grey and displays a +1, it means you do not have enough Gold to afford even a single upgrade right now.
