All purchases are processed by the store from which you downloaded the game. To claim a refund, you'll need to contact the customer support service for that store.

How to request a refund

For iOS Players:

  • Refunds for purchases made through the App Store must be requested directly from Apple.
  • Visit the Apple Support page to submit your request.
  • Follow their instructions to report an issue and request a refund.

For Android Players:

  • Refunds for purchases made through Google Play must be requested directly through your Google account.
  • Visit the Google Play Refunds page and follow the steps to request a refund.
  • Ensure your receipt includes your order number (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).

What if I didn't receive my purchase in the game?

If you purchased an item but haven’t received it in your game:

  • Restart the App: Fully close and reopen the app to check if the item appears.
  • Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try syncing your account.
  • Try waiting up to 2 hours to see if the purchase is delivered with a delay.
  • Contact Customer Support: If the item is still not added to your game:
    • Reach out to our customer support team.
    • Provide a copy of the purchase receipt.
      • For Android players: Ensure the receipt includes the order number.

How to find your purchase receipts:

Without a receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history, we won't be able to help you properly. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number.
 Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.
