Capturing a screenshot allows you to instantly save an image of your screen. This is incredibly helpful when you need to share your progress, show a visual bug, or attach a purchase receipt when contacting our support team.
The Universal Method
This standard combination works on the vast majority of modern Android smartphones and tablets:
Press and hold the Power button.
At the exact same time, press the Volume Down button.
Release both buttons once you hear a shutter sound or see a brief screen flash animation, indicating the image has been captured.
💡 Tip: On certain phone models, you may need to press both buttons simultaneously and hold them down firmly for 1–2 seconds rather than doing a quick click.
Alternative Methods by Manufacturer
If the standard button combination is awkward or doesn't work, your device likely supports one of these manufacturer-specific gestures or shortcuts:
Samsung: Swipe your palm horizontally across the screen (Palm Swipe to Capture) or use the Smart Capture tool in your quick settings panel.
Google Pixel: Press and hold the Power button, then tap Screenshot in the power menu that appears on your screen.
Xiaomi / Redmi: Swipe down vertically anywhere on the screen using three fingers, or tap the screenshot icon in your notification shade.
Huawei: Firmly knock twice on the display with a single knuckle, or swipe down using three fingers.
Motorola: Use the standard button combination or tap the dedicated screenshot icon located in your Quick Settings panel.
Finding and Sending Your Screenshot
Where to Find It
Once captured, your screenshots are automatically stored locally on your device. Open your standard Photos or Gallery app, then look for the dedicated Screenshots folder.
How to Send It to Support
When messaging our support team directly from the game menu, you can easily attach your image:
Tap the paperclip or plus/attachment icon inside the support chat window.
Select your screenshot from the gallery or recent files list to upload it.
