Oil is a unique debuff that decreases Crit Chance by 50% and Speed by 30%. It can only be applied by Black Soo and Robotank bosses in "The Depths of Black Machinery" guild raid.

While in the battle, you can tap and hold the Debuff icon and read what it does.
