Crit Chance,What stats do Artifacts have?

One Artifact has 2 stats. Depending on the Artifact, these stats can be Damage, Shield, Health, Armor, Penetration, Lifesteal, Potency, Tenacity, Crit Damage,  Accuracy.

Are Artifacts’ stats fixed?

Unlike the Runes’, the Artifacts’ stats are not random, they are fixed for a certain Artifact.
Artifacts’ stats can be increased once you raise the level of an Artifact.
