If you've spent real money on an in-game purchase that you haven't received yet, our Support Service will help resolve the situation. You will need to provide screenshots confirming the purchase.
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Go to settings and tap your name.
- Select iTunes Store and App Store and tap your ID. You may need to sign into your account again.
- Scroll down to the Purchase History section, find your game purchase and take a screenshot.
- Attach the screenshot(s) to your message.
