If you've spent real money on an in-game purchase that you haven't received yet, our Support Service will help resolve the situation. You will need to provide screenshots confirming the purchase.

  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Go to settings and tap your name.
  3. Select iTunes Store and App Store and tap your ID. You may need to sign into your account again.
  4. Scroll down to the Purchase History section, find your game purchase and take a screenshot.
  5. Attach the screenshot(s) to your message.
