If you've spent real money on an in-game purchase that you haven't received yet, our Support Service will help resolve the situation. You will need to provide screenshots confirming the purchase.

  1. Open the Google Play app on your device.
  2. Press the menu button (the three lines on the left of the search bar at the top of the screen).
  3. A side menu will open. Go to Account -> Purchase History, find your game purchase in the list and take a screenshot.
  4. Attach the screenshot(s) to your message.
