If you've spent real money on an in-game purchase that you haven't received yet, our Support Service will help resolve the situation. You will need to provide screenshots confirming the purchase.
- Open the Google Play app on your device.
- Press the menu button (the three lines on the left of the search bar at the top of the screen).
- A side menu will open. Go to Account -> Purchase History, find your game purchase in the list and take a screenshot.
- Attach the screenshot(s) to your message.
