Account deletion is a permanent process intended for privacy compliance, not for resetting game progress.

Permanent Loss: To fully comply with this request means the permanent closure and deletion of the game account. This includes all in-game currency and progress, whether paid for or not.
No Refunds: Once the account is deleted, it is impossible to verify past transactions for the purpose of issuing refunds. No refunds can be processed after the deletion is finalized.
Irreversibility: Once the process is complete, the data is gone forever. You will not be able to recover your items, level, or purchases later.
Timeframe: We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of the request.

Open the Game Menu in the top right corner of the main screen.
Select the Account tab.
Tap on Delete Account.
