If you have suddenly lost your game progress, please stay calm! Your post-apocalyptic data may still be perfectly safe. In most scenarios, you can quickly restore your original account manually or with the assistance of our support team.
Step 1: Attempt Self-Recovery via Cloud Log In
Before reaching out to support, try logging back into your linked third-party platforms:
- Open the game, tap the menu icon (☰), and navigate to Settings.
- Tap the Account section.
- Select Connect Account and sign in using the platform you previously used to bind your main game (such as Google, Game Center, or Facebook).
What happens next?
- If a loading prompt appears: The game will safely recognize your cloud backup. Accept the prompt to overwrite the current low-level guest state and load your original progress.
- If nothing changes: The platform account you selected does not have any saved progress attached to it. Try repeating these steps with any other social platforms you may have used.
Step 2: Collect Your Account Details
If cloud log-in options fail to return your character, our support team can manually locate your profile. To prove ownership and help us search effectively, gather as much of the following data as possible:
- Player ID (User ID): Your unique string of letters/numbers (especially helpful if you have an old screenshot of your profile window).
- In-Game Nickname: Your exact character name (case-sensitive).
- Last Login Date: The approximate day you last accessed your original base.
- Current Level or Progress: Your last known location zone (e.g., "Forest" or "Sunken Supermarket").
- Purchase History: GPA receipts or transaction confirmations from Google Play or Apple if you made any real-money purchases.
- Any additional information you remember: what character you used, which Clan were you in etc.
Step 3: Contact Support for Manual Recovery
Once you have collected your account tracking details, open a ticket directly with our team:
- Go the menu (☰) and tap Support.
- Select Chat with Us and select the Progress topic.
- Provide your gathered information checklist so we can recover your account quickly!
