If you believe you didn’t receive your rewards after an event in Idle Outpost, here’s how the reward system works and what steps you can take to make sure everything is in order.
How Event Rewards Are Delivered
Limited-Time Events (LTEs)
For events like Bovine Dreams or Alaskan Bonfire:
- All rewards, including ranking and stage progress, are sent via in-game mail.
- These rewards are delivered after the event ends, once leaderboards are finalized.
- There are no in-event rewards for LTEs; everything is sent at the end.
Rush Events
Rush events include two types of rewards:
- Ranking Rewards: Sent via in-game mail after the event ends.
- Milestone Rewards: Must be claimed manually from the event menu before the event ends.
- These are not sent to mail.
- Unclaimed milestone rewards are not recoverable after the event finishes.
When to Expect Rewards
- Rewards are sent after the event ends, once the rankings are locked in.
- In some cases, the mail may take a little time to arrive—please allow up to 24 hours.
If You Didn't Receive a Reward Mail
If the event ended more than 24 hours ago and:
- You did not receive a mail with rewards, and
- You are certain that you didn’t delete the letter,
You can reach out to our support team. Please include:
- The name of the event
- Your final rank or stage progress, if possible
- A screenshot of the event screen or reward mail, if available
This will help our team investigate the issue quickly and effectively.
