Customers are stuck, and their orders remain unfulfilled in locations 4-3 (Shotgun Station) and 11-7 (Tomato Station).

Workaround: The temporary solution is to completely close the game on your device and reopen it to reset the visitors.

🧟[iOS] Bunker Club Subscription - Missing Daily Rewards

Some players with an active Bunker Club Subscription are unable to receive their daily rewards.

🧟Game Crashes When Opening Chests Storage

Players may experience crashes when attempting to open hoarded chests in the chest storage.

🧟[iOS] Background Music Interruption During Gameplay

Background music from apps like Spotify or YouTube is frequently interrupted during gameplay.

Workaround: If you’re using a headset with physical multimedia buttons, press the "Play" button to resume your music whenever it gets interrupted.

🧟Empty Opponents List in Arena

Players may encounter an empty opponents list when accessing the Arena.

🧟Free Chest Timer Not Resetting in Events

The free chest in limited-time events cannot be claimed. The timer icon is visible, but no time countdown is displayed for the reset.

Workaround: Completely close and restart your game to reset the timer and claim the free chest.

🧟Missing Rewards from Limited-Time Events

Rewards claimed from the in-game mailbox for limited-time events are not being added to player accounts, even though they are marked as "claimed."
